Hello all! I have been hanging around the site for a couple weeks now and...although I don't yet have any chickens decided to join!

I am a wife, nurse (not currently working) and mother to 3 kids and 3 dogs. I've lived in suburbia all my life and we recently decided to put our house up for sale and hope to get about 5 acres south of here. The FIRST thing I am going to do is get me some chicks!!!

Love this site and hope to be a more involved member very soon!
