Chicks need heat until they are fully feathered. Most of us do it this way.
1st week 95 degrees
2nd week 90 degrees
3rd week 85 degrees
4th week 80 degrees
5th week 75 degrees
6th week 70 degrees
By the time they are about 7 weeks old, they should be able to go outside. Being that the weather isn't too bad. I would put throw them out there if it's really cold.
I still give my adults a heat lamp in the winter time.
