New egg

[The chicken dude]

Hello all,
My name is Troy. I’m a noob to having chickens. I have 20 chickens total. 4 layers (2 Rhode Island and 2 saggitus reds. I have 16 chicks of various breeds. ( barred rock, leghorn, black australorps, buff Orpington, amerucuana, Easter Eggers, and a silky satin bantam.) I am looking for any and all advice to get these chicks in the best mood possible. I have a horse and 4 dogs also. They love the chickens. I have a brooder for the chicks and a big coop for them. I also have two other runs for them to range. Please give any advice
