Good morning. I've got 12 girls and a Rooster who live in a old out building. Lots of perches, 3 nesting boxes and the full use of the land (just over an acre). They were destroying my herb garden, vegetable patch and just making a mess so I built them an enclosure which is about the size of a garage. They have layer pellets and also I give the odd treat like blueberries or pasta. I was getting 8 or 9 eggs a day but since putting then in their enclosure, which is connected to their hen house I'm only getting 1 or 2. They seem healthy, there's plenty of water and food They sit by the door so I know they'd prefer to be out. I don't want to give in but I don't want them stressed up or unhappy. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Dan

Give them time to adjust to the new scenario, could take a week ....or more.
How old are these birds, in months?
Pics of your coop and run might help here.
