New favorite spot, oh drats

So our chickens have decided that they like to hangout on the fence while free ranging. So far they have not left the yard, but .... Looks like we need to find a solution to this. I don't want to clip them so we are going to try and put some wire or rope above the fence in hopes that will hinder them from being able to perch up there

Running a wire should deter them, so will clipping one wing if the wire doesn't work.
