I have some Jubilee and Lavender Orpingtons that keep having this issue. I have a dozen other breeds and they don't have this issue, nor do the buff Orpingtons. Just these two specific colors. Their skin also looks dry. It seems like as soon as their feathers start to grow in, they start bleeding. I'm assuming it's from being picked at by others. Is there anything I can do, aside from isolate? I have them in their own separate brooders. They will heal fine, then as soon as I try to reintegrate them with the others, this happens. I suppose I will just end up keeping them isolated until they are fully feathered. I mean they just look like hell. Has anyone else experienced this? I appreciate any advice. Thank you!
