New Feed... won't eat!

I just started feeding my flock layer pellets instead of chick feed. But they only eat the chick feed! How do I get them to eat the layer pellets?? Is this unhealthy?? They're 17 weeks old.

You take away the chick feed and they'll have to eat the layer. They can eat the starter, but eventually, that will have to go anyway.
