New fowler

I’m new to the Fowl stuff...
I have 1 Pekin drake, 2 female Indian runners and 3 chickens.. ( I have no idea what kind).
We have duck eggs ready to hatch. I found a dead chick in the enclosure away on the opposite side from the nesting box. It seems to be fully developed except for the bill. Could the drake or a chicken have broken it out of the egg or attacked it and possibly broken the bill of. This is my first batch of eggs.

We have 11 eggs left. I’m hoping we have some survivors. We are trying to slowly re-establish a 100 year I’d farm we bought in upstate Ny. We will be known as Fowl Hill Plantation....
