New frizzle

I bought a little frizzle chick about a month ago along with some little silkies. I have owned silkies for a while, but I've never had a frizzle. I was wondering about their personality traits, can anyone fill me in on this? My little one is VERY friendly, loves to be scratched, and always jumps up to sit on my lap. I'm not sure if it's a roo or not (I pray it's not because I can't have roos where I live) but anyone who can offer some knowledge would be very much appreciated!

How old is your chick? If you post a photo we may be able to answer the question of gender. What breed is your frizzle? Is it a frizzled cochin, or a crested polish or what?

My frizzle is about 5 weeks old. I honestly don't know the breed, it was mixed in with a few different bantam breeds, the woman at the feed store where I bought it didn't know either. I actually wasn't even sure I got a frizzle until the feathers started coming in. I will try to get some good pictures up today of it.

I would guess that it is cochin with those feathered legs.

I agree that it appears to be a Cochin, maybe a red. But, it is smooth, not frizzled. Here are some of my frizzles so you can compare:
