new from BC interior

Hi all! Im from Salmon Arm, BC in the sunny (but cold right now) Okanagan! Im looking for Easter eggers, Austrolorps, Stars, or Faverolle, or light Brahmas.
At the moment I have only 4 girls left as a weasle got into the coop just after Christmas and killed 9 of my babies!!! Very traumatic I can tell you!

I would like to end up with between 24 and 40 girls and I dont really care to stick to one breed as I think variety is the spice of life!
Im trying to design my own coop and this sight has provided my with some really great ideas.
I look forward to corresponding with you guys on a regular basis.
I can hardly wait to start!!

Hello fellow Canuck....and welcome to your new addiction....Back Yard Chickens....Sorry I cannot help you with your chicken findings.....Check out the breeder thread here they may have a Canadian breeder close to you.....I am origionally from Penticton....my father lives close to Oosoyos..Bridle Path ...and older brother still lives in Penticton....awww!
