Well I see I am not the only new member from New England!

I have wanted chickens for years now and thus far have only had figurines or prints of chickens and roosters in my kitchen. Well my hubby finally gave in and I am getting several pullets in about a month. Since he got a huge new shed, I am taking the old one and converting it to a coop for the new girls. We are bulding the run this weekend.

It is nice to be here and everyone seems to really enjoy caring for chickens. I have learned a lot of information from reading the forum before I joined.
