Hi Everyone,
I'm Jamie from Georgia. I've had chickens for exactly 3 weeks. I have 3 hens, a Wyandotte, Buff Orpinton and a Polish. They are approx 9 - 11 weeks old. I have wanted chickens my whole life and 3 weeks ago I finally took the plunge because the, 'I'll get around it", was taking too long. They have been happy and are growing well. They like to roost during the day in my window where they can see me on the computer. Needless to say, I love them. Right now my Polish is under the weather. This afternoon she developed a mucousy stool and was lethargic whereas she was fine this morning. I am now treating her, and the others, with Wazine-17 thinking she must have large roundworms though I have not seen any. If you're the praying type, I ask you to think of her. It would break my heart to lose one and my poor little boy would be devastated as well. And of course, if you have any advice I'd be happy to take.
Thanks & Nice to meet you!
Jamie
