New from Mid-Michigan

Hi! I'm just getting started with a few chicks. 6 to start flock, 5 egg layers and 1 meat. Not sure yet what the heck I'm doing but will learn hands on! LOL I'm excited to have chicks and get them started in a coop as soon as the ice clears out.
I also have 4 kids, one 21, 14, 4 and 3. First time cleaning out our cage with the light etc today so a little apprehensive.
