Hi, I am Melissa. We have 8 little chickies in our livingroom for now. They are about 10 days old (I think). We just bought a new house out in the country and can have chicks but we don't move in until May 20th and so we wanted to get chicks now since there won't be any by the end of May. We have 2 red stars, 2 white leghorns, 2 blue anconas (get it...red white and blue!) and 2 black stars because they were so cute. I am brand new to chickens but my hubby isn't. He was raised on a farm. They are so cute and I am glad I found this site to help me learn about my little flock.
