Hello all!
I've visited this site several times, so I thought I should finally join. I'm MrsMamaHen, homeschooling mom of three and army wife of 18 years.
We have had chickens for about 3 years now. We have a mixture of 7 free-running hens, Rhode Island Red and Plymouth Barred Rocks.
Then we have some young ones; 2 Dominiques, 2 Silkies, 4 Ameraucanas, and 4 Jungle-Phoenix cross. Right now they are still little, so they are in a pen. Debating whether we are going to let them run free like the others, or build a chicken tractor. (I'm kind of getting tired of them demolishing my flower beds.)
So that's the short version of me.
