Hello from Papillion Nebraska.... home of NO CHICKENS ALLOWED! I want to thank you all for such awesome information as we added 10 chicks to our family. This all before it was brought to our attention that in between the cracks of the zoning regulations we aren't allowed to have chickens
. Thankful we don't' have to have them find a new home (as we have one lined up anyway) as of yet. We are heading to city council soon as an ordinance is being proposed to keep them!
Some of us (in the closet) chicken owners are banning together to get this fight done and thankfully to a neighboring community we hope to follow in their shoes and get the ordinance passed too. LOVE BYC and all the good information and am very proud mama of 10 girls who now in their brand new coop. Working to keep it that way!
