Hi,

I'm Kelly, and just got my first 3 chicks yesterday. Their coop/run will be built this week. I'm sooo excited.

BTW I never knew the chicks could look so horrifically dead when they sleep! I kept checking their breathing the first couple of hours.

Hello and welcome from Los Angeles. LOL. Yes, and the way they just fall asleep where ever they happen to get tired doesn't help either. Totally normal. Make sure you leave a little space so they can get away from the light is they need in case it gets too hot.
