Hi y'all!
So I'm relatively new to chickens. We've had ours for almost a year now.
Started with 6 and ended up with 35.
I just love them and all their different, funny, quirky, and goofy little personalities.
We have Cochins, Frizzles, Easter Eggers, Columbian Rocks, a Silkie, a Rhode Island Red, a Golden Comet, a Buff Orpington, and a Barred Rock.
I ran across BackYardChickens.com while researching basic info and facts about chickens. I've learned all kinds of new things from reading others posts.
We love the outdoors, our chickens, and living on a farm.
I hope to continue to learn more from y'all as we continue our adventures with chickens.
