hey guys! I'm new to this thread. I love chickens! I have around 20 of them! A variety too!
We do have 1 game hen and 1 game rooster that we have to keep caged.
The game hen hatched a few eggs today. There are still a few eggs left to hatch.
Mama hen has her newly hatched chicks in her basket.
We need to move her to the chick coop.
My husband says it will upset her and she may harm the chicks.
I say he's wrong.
We have to move them to provide adequate water and food.
I just wanted yalls advice on this! Should I move her or not?!
And will they be ok until the morning without moving them?
