My DH has started building a new larger, and nicer coop for the Chickens. Were going from a 4x3x4 old dog house, to a raised 5x6x6 luxury high rise.
Due to the weather in Ohio, it's taking us way longer then we ever would of thought to get this done. When finished this will house 6-8 chickens.
This is the front view, with a 5" door, Just right for me

Roof is alomost there, then the rain came, till tomorrow
The plan is to put a poop door on both sides of the coop, One year the chickens will have one side of the yard and the garden will be on the other side. The following year this will change.

Doors are up, painting the inside, windows in. Were almost there.
We used paint that was hanging around the house, so we ended up with a very pale grey, pink, and blue.
Of course the nesting boxes had to be pink, haha
I'm heading to homedepot tomorrow for the red and white paint for the outside.
