The two blue laced Wyondottes are supposed to be mixed with something... I don't know what it is.
The other girl, we named Mabel, is just a question mark.
I just love their coloring! It adds something to my flock as I didn't have any like these girls.

Wow, they are pretty! Very unique looking. I noticed the one has the dark legs.....I'm not any help at all, but they sure are pretty. One looks almost crested......

She is to big for Silkie and the guy didn't have any. She also doesn't strike me as silkie. I have several silkie and silkie mixes and she is nothing like them. I was thinking Polish perhaps? Crevecoeur? and then mix in a tailless breed?

He got back to me about the 2 girls, red laced blue W with silver Wyandottes. But he doesn't know the other.

Oh wow!

I just got a girl that looks almost identical to Mabel

She is tiny, weighs a ton and lays a huge pale cream egg for her body size - she was hatched from a green egg but the guy I got her from does not know her parentage.

My girl, Minnie, was born rumpless (no tail feathers) - I'll have to get a pic for you, the similarities are amazing!

I would love to see a picture of Minnie!

That second picture of Mabel you can see just how short she is from breast to tail. But I think she is cute! She is also the one right now that does not want to be handled.

I'd say silkie mix with BLRW- out of the crested breeds- definitely not a Polish- they have red or white earlobes and houdans and crevecouers have pink skin.

the face, the earlobes, and the dark legs definitely strike me as silkie.
