Thanks, nice to be here surrounded by friendly people.
Girls just arrived 3 days ago, they look pretty confident and they are been using the stairs to the second flor. A couple of them are older hens and the guy (farmer friend) that sold them said they were already laying eggs. So far here, no eggs.
Any ideas of the minimum dimensions of a laying box? Just put a small (small children) shoe box with hey, to make a nest.

You're welcome. For standard sized chickens I would make the nest box at least 12" wide X 12" high X 14" deep.
