New Hampshire red belly growth plus odd feet

Hello! I have 3 adult new Hampshire reds. And one of them has this unusual growth on her abdomen its a little red around it. And then her feet are a little odd as well. Should i be concerned for any of these? Her eyes look perfectly fine. Bright and healthy. Her poop sometimes is like watery peanut butter and then other days its normal. Her feathers are fine too. She doesnt look like shes in any pain.
