New Hampshire Reds and Rhode Islands Reds

Well to start with I have 6 New Hampshire Reds that are 20 weeks old and 9 Rhode Island Reds and 1 Rhode Island Red rooster that are 16 weeks old.
These are the first chickens I have owned, I got these cause of all the reading I did about the different breeds and decided they would be best for where I live, Apache Junction AZ.
I got my first eggs today 3 one soft shell and 2 hard shell they are all small but I have read that as the hens learn about laying they will get bigger.
My plans are to put the Rhode Island rooster in a coop with 3 of the Rhode Island hens and 3 of the New Hampshire hens
