New hatch chicked can't stand up,

I built a new incubator this year, I have my very first hatching starting to hatch yesterday so far I have 12 and 9 eggs to go there is one that can't get up what could I do to help the chick and what do I need to change on my hatch setting to keep it for happing agen. Please advise... Thank you Barry

Do you have pictures of the chick? How long had it been since hatch that she hasn't stood? I know this is a late response, but can you give us an update on the chick?
