Good day!

I am currently having my first successful hatch, after a miserably failed 1st attempt with shipped eggs I figured I will give my own eggs a try.

So far 11/17 have hatched in the last 24hrs, but I am having some confusions about the color they will be.

I have a blue australorp rooster over black australorps and lavender hens. I was hoping to keep some blacks and mainly the blues from the blue rooster/black hens and get rid off the splits.

Now I am slightly confused about these chicks, I knew it will be troublesome and a mess as some would call it, but I could not wait to give my incubation a second try.

Does anyone have a good eye in knowing if I even have any blues in this batch? And what are the lighter colored chicks?

He is a pure blue australorp, not split.
Else I would say they are lavenders... but I am really confused if there is even any blue australorp chicks in this batch... I do have more pure black australorp hens than lavenders too.
