New hatches not fluffing. Drying sticky.

These last to were quite slimy when they hatched, one 36 hrs ago the other 25, and now their fuzz is matted on the head and back. They need out of the bator but will the fluff on their own. Do I clean and if so how?

You can clean them if you wish. Take a warm washcloth to them and put them directly under a heat lamp after.

Usually caused by too high humidity during the first 18 days I believe.

I have a light in the brooder so should I put her directly into there after cleaning. There are 10 others in there.
