new hatches

This is my first time trying to hatch seramas. I had 12 eggs. Out of the 12, 4 pipped and hatched. Last one hatched yesterday, but still no sign of pipping on the remainder, all fertile. I was wondering how long do you wait to see if they will start trying to hatch on their own? Thanks,
