New Hatchling

Hello, I had a new hatchling yesterday from the incubator and the duckling has this second layer covering its eyes so it can’t really see so I’m wondering was the incubation period the cause of this? Is it removable?

Do you have any Terramycin eye ointment? you could try using some and see if it helps.
