New Hello from Northern California

Hi!
Just joined and am located in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California. I am lucky enough to live in what is still a rural area! We have 43 acres with beef cattle, horse boarding and yes, my 30 Black Australorps. I've been lucky to have two natural hatches last Spring. One of the chickens took up nesting in a barn adjacent to their coop and out she came one day with nine chicks.
