New Hen Still Picked On!

HELP! We added a new hen, about 16 weeks old (at least that is what I was told!) to our existing flock of three. She is a Rhode Island Red mix. She has been in the coop for a week now and the other girls are still pecking her incessantly. She is hiding in the corners and sometimes cries. No blood drawn! Any advice??
