I have A new hen she is A red leghorn she has laid two eggs the first two days and hasn't laid since that was about two weeks ago if she is laying I can't find where

Probably because those eggs were already in production when you got her. Moving can cause a hen to stop laying for anywhere from a few weeks to over a month. Plus, this time if year with the shortening daylight, production can slow down or even stop for a few months.

Even if I keep a light on 24/7 on the outside of the coop

Constant lighting isn't the answer; your new hen is stressed out by the move, and will start laying when she's ready. Lighting should be about fourteen hours per day, so setting a small light in the coop area on a timer works well. Mine will go on at four am and off at eight am every day, from about next week until spring. Mary
