i GOT TWO NEW HENS BUT THE OTHER 9 KEEP ATTACKING THEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I always try adding new hens at night, someone told me that the hens wake up the next morning and view the new hens and are alright with them, thinking that they were their before but never noticed them.

Sometimes they are also settling the pecking order, who's in charge and such. Do you have plenty of room in the coup?

I'm assuming you are not free-ranging? I free range my birds and when I get new birds, i have always added no less then 3-4 at a time (strength in numbers). I add them at night and make sure that I i'm up at sunlight to get them out of the coop to eliminate the fight potential. Before you know it, they are all free-ranging together, no fighting, just an occasional peck.
