New Hens need ideas

I have 10 new hens about 20 weeks now. They free range and every day I check the coop and run no eggs. Then today I found to 2 brown eggs on a table outside. Lol so I figured they are laying just not in the nest boxes. I need the best suggestions for getting them to lay their coop. Please

Put some golf balls in the nest. Chickens like to lay where there are already eggs.
