Hey Guys!
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
No, I am not. I have had chickens since I was six...
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Right now I have 28! But we are planning to butcher 3, so we will have 25.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Oh, here we go... So I have Rode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Delawares, Americanas, Gold Sex-links, Silver Laced Wyandottes, Polish, Blue D'uccles, Lavender Orpingtons, Sapphire gems, and Frizzles...
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love the farm fresh eggs and always having a chicken hanging around somewhere (although they do mess up the bark lol)
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Piano, Reading books... That's about it
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 3 brothers and a sister. We have 4 Dogs, (Chocolate lab, Golden retriever, a Black lab mix, and a shar-pei) 2 cats, (Fauna and Cali) 3 Pigs, 3 goats, a miniature horse, 2 bunnies (2 mini lops and a Flemish giant [My picture is of one of our bunnies from a litter]) and the chickens!
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
My whole family has been looking on BYC for a long time, and I just felt like Joining
