Hello all,
I have been keeping chickens for about two years now. My sister, who is on as “Fluffy family”, and I got our chickens after seeing how much fun our uncle had with his. We have 25 total of mixed ages. There are Buff Orpington’s, RIR’s, sapphire gem’s, a few colors of Wyandotte’s, a white leghorn, speckled Sussex’s, and ameracauna’s. My favorites are definitely the Buffs. My favorite part about keeping chickens is befriending them and learning about each chickens individual attitude. In my spare time I enjoy training for track and cross country. The best part of the morning is getting back from my run, sitting down for breakfast and watching the chickens play in the yard.
