Happy Wednesday! I have been browsing the site since we got our first chickens in 2017 (I thought we were getting 6 and my husband came home w/40). And so it began... We have assorted animals, but I really love my many chickens: Brown Leghorns, mutt Ameraucanas, a Buff Orpington, 3 birds that were supposed to be Buff Orps but are obviously not, a Welsommer and Roo, Black Australorps, (6) 4 wk old Blue Wyandottes- 5 of which already appear to be cockerels but I will reserve judgement until they crow. All of the birds came from TSC, so they are wonderful layers but definitely do not meet breed standards. They bring me joy and peace that I hadn’t expected; and eggs, lots and lots of eggs. - if anyone has pics of Blue Wyandotte’s at various ages I am interested. Thanks!
