Hi there! We're pretty new to chickens but are discovering that we really love having them! My user name came from the little chick that our Old English Bantam hatched out. It wasn't hers but she was more than happy to sit on it.
We've got an odd assortment of chickens. We're so thrilled to be able to stop buying fresh eggs from a farmer friend because now we have our own. So far it's been a great experience and my kids have had more fun caring for them. I'm glad to have found this forum to ask all my questions.
