Hi everyone, I new here I have six chicks that are four weeks old and four Rhode island red chicks one week old when can I put them together?

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! I too agree with drumstick diva wait untill the chicks are the same size. Even though they are chicks they still establish a pecking order in the brooder by about 2 weeks of age. Upto 2 weeks you can usually add younger chicks to the older ones but after that I would wait untill they are the same size. If you could keep them next to each other now but seperated by a divider so they can see but can't get to each other intergration would be easier.
