Hi I am new here I have a small backyard farm with. 2 goats, 2 pot belly pigs. 1 grown duck. And just got 4 ducklings and 2 chicks yesterday. Thought I would join so I could learn more about taking care of them..

I am not sure the lady called them 3 different things. They should be red chickens. And lay large eggs. Not that it really matters to me just wanted some chickens. My favorites are silkies and Cochins. But they didn't have any

hmm. three things - maybe she called them Red sex links, or Rhode Island Reds. I'm sure you will find out once you post photos at "what breed or gender is this." Hope you will enjoy Backyard chickens as much as we do.
