Hey Y'all!!
I have been lurking this website for a while now and I finally got some me some chicks! I am new to chicks but my hubby is not. He tried to talk me out of them for some time but I wouldn't cave. We got six chicks from TSC on March 18, my son's birthday. Three "assorted reds" they look like RIR to me. We also got three pullets, they were little yellow balls of fluff. I'm thinking someone got mixed up because one got their feathers different and has white legs instead of yellow. I will post to the proper place to see if anybody can lead us in the right direction! I found this website just looking at ideas for breeds of chickens and chicken "tractors".
I am a mom to an 8 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. I have been married for six years and I'm having the time of my life. I am very excited about my chicks and am very thankful for this site!!
