New in Houston

Howday ya'll!!!
I am new to the board and new to chickens. I have 4 hens, 2 red sexlinks(Fred and Steve) and 2 black(Shrimp and Minerva). They are 2 months old and we built them a chicken "tractor". They are soo cute! I am here to learn and meet other people who love the chickees.

Thanks for the welcome! I spent afew weeks in NM, it was wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
I am just looking around the posts, trying to read up on injured chicken legs. I posted in the injury section. I am so happy to find people who love chickens too. When I brag about my hen Minerva people just roll their eyes. Oh well, she and I both know she is gifted,heehee!!

Yes, it fun when I tell them she will sit on my shoulder when I walk around. They allways say"But chickens are stupid?!?!" I smile and think, so are you... . Just kidding.

I educate them to the wonders of the bird.
