New in New Jersey

Hi all and thank you for taking the time to read my introduction! After two years of trying to convince the hubbs to get chickens and like a whole year researching and learning about chickens we finally received our new babies in the mail on Tuesday. 5 barred rocks and 5 Rhode island reds safely arrived here in south Jersey. The kids (ages 10, 4, and 2) and I are really enjoying watching them and seeing how much they have grown already in only a few days.

I am so grateful for all the wonderful advice here and I look forward to one day being able to give as well as receive.
