Hi I was selling something on craigslist and a member suggested coming to a swap meet in Canby. I Showed up and was impressed with the people who were there. Real loyal lovers of the chicks. I have 125 Rhode Island Red layers. I have a lot to learn and I have learned a lot. I look forward to sharing what I have. I am married with three kids that help with the upkeep. I used to hate chickens with a passion, but with time I came to love going out to the ladies and asking what needs to be repaired and how can I help in anyway. I find it relaxing to go out and listen to them. Over time I can tell what is bothering them. I also love watching them on a good day when they are happy enough to do test runs across the yard stretching the wings. I look forward to sharing all that I know. thanks Kerry.
