I have ordered a new incubator, I am so excited it is hard to contain myself:ya :celebrate:wee it will be here Saturday, and I have promised my dad the first hatch. he wants bobwhite quail. This will be my first hatch in a very long time. The only other 2 hatches I have ever done never turned out right. First incubation(my daughters hatch) 1 bird hatch out of 24 and it hatch with a club foot and died about a month later. The second hatch(my hatch) I had 2 hatch out of 24, one was dead after about 2 hours and the other lived for 3 days. I am looking for bobwhite eggs for me to hatch for my dad. Does anyone have any fertile eggs they are willing to part with? I live close to Houston if anyone is close by I can come and pick them up, but I am not turning down shipped eggs. I have been reading and watching video's and I think I am ready to give it a try. Hopefully I wont mess this one up. Please let me know if you have any and how much. Thanks in advance

www.purelypoultry.com is a high quality poultry place that I really recommend. They ship fertilized eggs, chicks, and more. They have quail eggs there, and they will ship them to your post office.
This is where I got my quail eggs to start. First time hatching quail and had a 53% hatch rate. Considering I was green I think that was pretty good. I recommend them.
