hi everyone , well after 4 yrs of good & bad hatches with various incubators ,hand turned ,electric turners ,sizes from 48 to 60 eggs.
decided i was sick of too many variables, chasing humidity & temp stability & results.
Have had hatches from 100% once in the cheapest manual turn to only 3 from 48. eggs from own flock.

After a lot of research on BYC, I saved up,lashed out & bought a Rcom king suro 20

currently have as of today ( day14) 22 viable eggs ,2 clears of the 24 set.

Incubator temp has been consistent on 37.5 degrees C,has not varied (checked 3 times a day) ambient room temp has ranged from 16 to 27 degrees C.

incubator humidity was set to 45 %, has only varied from 45% to 48%, the ambient room humidity has ranged from 22% to 76%(rain event)
candleling shows good air cell size, no blood rings ,good veining

egg weights on line for 14/15% weight loss for hatch

only complaint i could have is incubator is boring ,

(no fighting humidity levels ,no chasing consistent temps)

hoping for a 100% hatch from those 22 eggs

cheers Pete

ps will post pics when chicks hatch

concentrating on getting getting closer to SOP with my chics, rather spending all my limited energy on incubator probs lol .
