I did my research got my birds built them a coop and found out the hard way that I was not in the right zone to own chickens about 2 miles down the road I would be fine. I have until the end of October to find my chickens a new home. They are located in browns mills NJ 08015. If you have space available for them and would like them they are all laying and are healthy. If you know of any shelters, sanctuary or farms that will take them please contact me as soon as possible via email.

Have you approached the town and explained that the birds are your pets , it works ! If you still want a home , Allaire Farms on Atlantic ave in Wall Township

I think I could take these girls if you could meet me halfway. I am in SE Pa. Bucks County. I have a large flock, but I would love a few extra layers, and a friend could use some too. We both take care of our animals.
