New layers question??

We have eight 18 week pullets. All different breeds. We got our first egg two weeks ago. We know we are getting an egg almost daily from our ISA Brown (eggs on the left). We got the four eggs on the right over a week ago. We also got three eggs in one day over a week ago, so I assumed we had at least three layers. We’ve only gotten ISA eggs in the last week plus! Is it normal for new layers to lay an egg and then NOTHING for over a week?!? Is there something wrong? Is it too hot out?

New layers can be infrequent layers. I had a new layer that did the samething, but she started laying again.
