New mama

Hello All - We are new chicken owners and we have hatched 5 baby chicks about 2 -3 days old. (we got the eggs from a local farm) We live in NY and are excited to be on this journey but extremely nervous and overwhelmed with all the information as well. I find myself all over the place when researching....from basic care, to what kind of coop to provide, to preventative care, best practices....it just doesn't end. I love the wealth of information available here. I look forward to reading and learning about everyone's chickens and personal experiences.
