Hello everyone!

I've been lurking for a couple months and finaly decided to join because we are getting 4 chicks next week. Not sure what kind yet. Maybe 2 Buff Orpingtons and ???.
Not sure what kinds the feed store is getting in. She said that they were getting the B.O. and several other breeds.

Started building the coop last week. It's turning into a bigger job than I expected. More expensive too. It's kinda a Victorian / Shabby Chick style. I'll post pictures later when I'm allowed.

Welcome to BYC. It always does turn into a bigger job and more expensive adventure...you'll be expanding your coop sooner than you think too, trust me.
